Many of us have heard the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Does this sound like your attempt at shedding weight?? I have noticed recently, many of you are focusing on what did not work for you in the past! That is insanity! Focus on what is working NOW! Focus on and speak about your daily victories! Why did you have a victorious day- what did you do – what steps have you taken? What do you need to do better tomorrow? These are the questions to ask yourself daily. Since when is progress toward a goal not good enough? DO NOT defeat yourself by looking backward- asking yourself “I only lost 3 pounds this week and need to lose 50 more- how am I going to do that?” ”On my last diet I lost 5 pounds a week and still could not keep it off!” STOP THE INSANITY!! FOCUS FORWARD. Remind yourself of the HEALTHY CHOICES you have made. Picture your future, smile from ear to ear everyday! Enthusiasm is a rare trait for someone who will fail! You are a one in a million and have a future that is brighter than you have ever imagined!  So start imagining!!!!
